Although this website was established in February of 2014, at first it was basically just a file directory until the start of 2015 when after several updates, including a new theme when I crashed the prior one, have led to the present website. I will continue to post as long as there is information to present; my mission is to remind people how we got here; how an alternative that met only 1 of 5 purpose and needs – only 20% better than building nothing at all – in April of 2009, ended up as the preferred alternative for a $79.25 million project!
